The standard combination of controlling one belt and one spinner up to controlling dual belts and dual spinners gives the X20 Spreader Controller unsurpassed capabilities.
When the X20 Spreader Controller is combined with either Guidance or Steering Assist, the Auto Section Control(ASC) feature only needs to be activated and the user is able to drive away, without having to turn the spreader off for headlands again. This feature saves money by reducing overlap and driver fatigue.
The X20 Spreader Controller and Guidance system can be upgraded at any time with a Topcon Precision Agriculture PRO STEER steering assist kit to make it one of the most capable steering systems available on the market.
X20 is compatible with both GPS and DGPS receivers and offers accuracy from entry-level GPS through DGPS free-to-air marine beacon and WAAS (where available) and subscription systems (including OmniSTAR VBS and HP), to Real-time Kinetic (RTK) radio systems offering a range of positioning accuracy to meet any application.
X20 Spreader Controller also has the option of Variable Rate Control (VRC) with Mapping. With this combination X20 can apply prescription maps and generate real-time application and log maps while controlling and recording all products simultaneously. This makes X20 one of the most powerful Precision Agriculture systems available today.
Users can also create exclusion zones or set the application rate and even lock in these settings before the operator leaves the yard. Logs and
application maps can be saved, printed or even emailed using standard Windows® programs (additional hardware or software may be required).
X20 standard features include a full color touch-screen with user selectable brightness and color selections to suit a variety of light conditions and with over 20 verbal and visual warnings the user instantly knows which area needs attention.
